Unlock the Secrets to Becoming an Outstanding Product Manager
Many product managers feel stuck and exhausted because they lack the right skills to drive growth and create products people love. This course bridges the gap between theory and practice, drawing on 25+ years of experience across different roles, companies, and industries.
Over six weeks, you’ll learn through a flipped classroom approach: concise video lessons cover the theory, and live sessions help you apply it to real-world challenges. You’ll master how discovery, strategy, and delivery fit together, uncover hidden user insights, build compelling business cases, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
With small cohorts, you’ll receive personal attention, meaningful feedback, and a supportive community of forward-thinking product professionals. You’ll leave ready to resolve conflicts, craft clear strategies, and confidently build features your users will love.

Testimonials

Taro Nguyen
Head of Software Engineering
→ Das-Programm
Although I am not Product Manager, it was incredibly beneficial for me as a Software Engineer. It deepened my understanding of key concepts like domain expertise, effective communication, and focusing on solving the right problems. This knowledge has significantly improved how I collaborate with Product Managers to build high-quality products. The practical sessions and group interactions made the experience even more valuable. I would recommend it to any engineer looking to enhance their collaboration with PMs and contribute to better product outcomes.

The course was a very practical and fun learning experience, with a mix of presentation, discussion, hands-on exercises and group-work.
It was also great to work and connect with Product Managers from other startups. The sessions were virtual and we could easily attend it along with the regular work. The course provided a great framework and deep dive into important aspects of Product Management that we were able in our jobs.

Productbench was the perfect course to dive deep into both, the technical and the strategic side of product management. This was possible even in a short time due to all the expertise that Ben and Tamer brought to the class and the well-structured, hands-on format. Ben and Tamer know what they talk about!

Meike Friedrichs

I signed up for the Productbench course with the goal to gain knowledge about the most essential parts of the PM role after developing into this position. The course fully met this need and also gave me a great overview of my areas of improvement for further development. Ben and Tamer are fantastic mentors and created an engaging and trustful environment while also providing lots of theoretical and hands-on knowledge. They found a perfect mixture of concrete and abstract content and I was able to implement the learnings into my day-to-day work immediately. Additionally, the course facilitated exchange with peers in similar positions with similar challenges which was the icing on the cake for me.

The program was exactly what I needed as a business stakeholder working with different P&T teams to build products. It helped me hone my understanding of product management, ways of working, and needs of product stakeholders. Ben and Tamer bring a wealth of product management experience, and the breakout activities helped to learn from the perspectives of other participants

I've built pretty handy sites powered by Craft or WordPress in the past, but seeing @framer tackle CMS stuff so effortlessly is mind-boggling

Product Manager
If you want to expand your product knowledge, learn new techniques and methods and work with great people from different companies, this Product Trainings is not only in theory but also in practice the best decision to make.

Philipp Pohl
Product Manager
My highlight was the balance between theory and real-life anecdotes. I believe that product management is about experience and learnings from others, in addition to tools and frameworks, and the Trainings provided a great mix of both.
